Problem Statement  

Post Covid-19, radical market shifts are being driven by rapid digitization and advanced Artificial Intelligence. Without total business transformation, organizations will go into irreversible decline

First COVID-19 case was detected on 01-Jan-2020. On 11-Mar-2-22, The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a World-wide Pandemic. To control the pandemic, WHO announced four key control measures. These control measures are:

  1. Social Distancing

  2. Community Health

  3. Lockdown and Travel Restriction

  4. Workplace Hazard Control

With the New Normal in force in the Post COVID-19 period, something remarkable happened. In one year, 01-Jan-2020 to 30-June-2020, there was rapid digitization and advances in Artificial Intelligence. 
As much progress occurred in this period as was previously projected to happen only by end of 2025
Transformation into Society 5.0 Business, with Manufacturing 5.0

Post COVID-19, application of solutions to cope with the New Normal has seen a structural transformation of front-runner organizations into Lean Industry 4.0 Smart Businesses and Services.

To become competitive, all organizations need to transform, and understand how work is done in the machine age.

  2. Reflective Observation (RO): Watching

  3. Abstract Conceptualization (AC): Thinking

  4. Active Experimentation (AE): Doing

Active experimentation enables learners to be able to readily use learnt principles in real world on-job applications
